Q: How is the product packaged? Can I just download it from your site?
A: Flo-Ware FX is packaged on the Flo-Ware FX Secure Digital (SD) card and ships directly from Marsh-McBirney, Inc. The SD card is non-volatile memory, meaning that all program information and data files will remain intact in case of complete power failure. Therefore, you cannot download the software directly from our site. Once you purchase the Flo-Ware SD card, you may download future updates from our site at no charge.

Q: What is the advantage Flo-Ware FX has over a notebook computer?
A: Flo-Ware FX has several distinct advantages:

	Small, lightweight & no keys to get dust, water, etc. on.
	Long battery life.
	Very high reliability.
	Ease of use.
	Low cost.
	Excellent readability in direct sunlight
	Instant On. No "boot-up" time.

Q: What is the advantage of Flo-Ware FX over a data transfer unit (DTU)?
A: In general, Flo-Ware FX carries all of the field features as Flo-Ware and a notebook computer. Site Setup, Real-Time, Read Data, View Data, Calibrations, etc. can all be done with Flo-Ware FX. A DTU can only do a fraction of this.

Q: Do the color screens look acceptable in sunlight?
A: Definitely! Most all the new Pocket PCs today come with a reflective or transflective LCD screen. The more sunlight the better.

Q: How many data files can the Pocket PC hold before it is full?
A: That depends on memory available and how big the data files are. In general, you can expect to be able store several hundred one month data files at 15 minute intervals before you should be concerned about removing them. It is always a good idea to remove the data files from the Pocket PC after transferring them to the desktop PC. This is just good housekeeping.

Q: How are the data files transferred to my PC?
A: Flo-Ware 4 has facilities built in for installing Flo-Ware FX and transferring data files to and from a desktop PC and connected Pocket PC. It is a very simple wizard driven feature in Flo-Ware 4.
