Once or twice a year we traditionally hold a Webex
presentation for people interested in learning more about our Data Delivery Services (DDS)
. These are usually elaborate affairs; co-hosted with a large trade magazine and drawing several hundred participants. Despite all of that there are always a significant number of people unable to attend because of scheduling conflicts. That's why we're going to do something a little different next week. I have scheduled nine DDS webinars
to be held next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The times are staggered to accommodate busy schedules and varied time zones.
Chances are each these webinars will have anywhere from 5-25 attendees. That should also afford us the opportunity for live Q&A during the presentations. Don't pass up this opportunity to finally learn about a much better way to manage your sewer flow monitoring program. Register now.
Speaking of DDS... I was perusing some of our standard metrics and for the month of July our data uptime
(percentage of possible flow data points actually recorded and delivered) for the Hach DDS network was 99.7%
. This is actually typical by the way. It's also extraordinary.
