I had a well thought out (and somewhat lengthy) introduction written for this month's newsletter but as I look at the date I realize that many of my readers are probably extra busy with the many distractions that the year-end brings. For me it's closing out another record year of flow meter and DDS sales, as well as gift buying for friends, co-workers, and loved ones. Some travel planning and logistics add a bit of stress to the mix. No complaints here, but it can be all consuming.

So, I'll keep it simple. Thank you all for another special year of business, camaraderie, and friendship. I hope this holiday season brings you peace, love and happiness in all that you do.

See you in 2012!

Add in a meter disappearance and rescue and you'll see why the Lansdale flow crew was flabbergasted...

WISHING TED CAMERON A WONDERFUL RETIREMENT AFTER 20 YEARS REPRESENTING OUR PRODUCTS

Ted Cameron, principal of The Cameron Group, located in Arizona, is retiring after 20+ years of representing the Hach/Marsh-McBirney line of flow products. Ted is one of the true gentlemen in this business who is loved and respected by all - especially his customers. Ted's expertise and integrity made him a valuable asset in the territory for Hach/Marsh-McBirney in building a reputation as the "go to" person in the flow arena. Someone recently said that Ted once again won the "Nicest Person in the World" title. He will be dearly missed by all of us here at Hach/Marsh-McBirney as well as many others in the flow business. Join us in wishing Ted and his lovely wife Nancy good health and happiness in his well deserved retirement.
