This is the year you are going to start using Hach Data Delivery Services (DDS) - or at least try it out. Scores of municipalities have already figured out that it's far less expensive to let Hach collect their flow data than doing it themselves. I guarantee the same is true for your organization. Here's a few more reasons I'm confident you'll try DDS:
- Data Uptime
We've set a new industry standard by guaranteeing 95% data uptime every month. (Insider secret: We're averaging 99% across our network of DDS customers).
- Flow Meter Buy-Back
We are continuing last year's very successful flow meter buy-back program. If you're ready for DDS we'll make it easier by buying back the flow meters you already own.
- Cross Platform Data Access
While our own management and reporting capabilities are powerful enough for most users, there are times when you might need a third-party data management solution. We've made it easier than ever for third-party data platforms to access your Hach DDS or FSDATA hosted flow data. Already on board is FlowWorks and their hardware neutral suite of data collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools. If you are already using FlowWorks it's a very simple step to bring your Hach flow meter data right into it. If you're using another platform chances are we can work with that vendor and very easily bring your Hach flow data into their system.
- Try It First
Change is scary. I get that. If you're serious about making your sewer flow metering better, easier, and more efficient we'll let you try it in one of your monitoring sites free-of-charge
The best way to get started is to let us know you're interested. We'll do the rest. Best regards,
