In The Know On Flow

A Note From Kevin Marsh

33March. One of my favorites. We are deep into the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament and either licking our wounds or celebrating the clever upsets we anticipated in this year's brackets. We call it Marsh Madness in our family. It's also Spring Break for our kids and a perfect excuse to escape the cold and head to Puerto Rico for a long week. I'll spare you the photos (well, maybe just one) but suffice to say it was a great chance to recharge my batteries.

In an unusual twist, March was also the month of this year's WEF Collections System Conference (typically held in May/June). It was great to see so many of you in Baltimore - one of my old stomping grounds. What a great and beautiful city. Kudos to our local hosts for the Fell's Point/Inner Harbor "pub crawl" social Tuesday evening. My apologies to the other teams that were stomped by Team Hach Flow in the Baltimore Wastewater Trivia contest btw. As many of you know we like a challenge and we also like to win.

That's all for now. Here's hoping your bracket isn't busted...

Until next month...
