We're about halfway through September and I can't believe how much is still ahead of us this month. Let's start at the end with WEFTEC which is opening a little earlier than usual this year - September 29th. This year we are in one of my favorite convention cities - New Orleans. If the weather is as nice as it was last time WEFTEC was there we are in for a real treat.

Also, we are using this month to give our old Sigma 910 customers a chance to upgrade to our newest, state-of-the-art flow metering system - the Hach FL900. You can trade in your old flow meters for a $1,000 credit toward a new Hach FL900. That means a brand new flow metering system can be had for as little as $1,995. Amazing. Just send me an e-mail if you need more details.

And tomorrow (yes, tomorrow) we will be hosting a very informative webinar - Use Wireless Technology to More Effectively Manage Your Open Channel Sewer Flow Monitoring Program. Details are below. Don't miss it!

Lastly, make sure you check out a very timely case study we just published (see below). As you know, Hurricane Isaac recently pushed through the Gulf states (and subsequently through much of the eastern half of the US). Many of our readers do not relish the idea of monitoring and managing their collection system in these extreme events. This month you'll learn how our Data Delivery Services provided Gulfport, MS with their much needed data - before, during and after the storm.

Best regards,

When the Water Company of America was contracted by the City of Gulfport, MS to identify cases of unbilled, under-billed or unaccounted for water and sewer processing fees, they eagerly selected Hach's Data Delivery Services (DDS) to get the job done. Read how their DDS systems proved themselves during Hurricane Isaac and are generating significant revenue for the City...
